You wouldn't call the weather
a personal failing.

Stress, anger, burnout, a career that stopped fitting — internal weather, all of it. It has patterns, fronts, and forecasts. This practice reads them like a meteorologist: without blame, with instruments, and with a very good sense of what's coming.

The station

A practice for people
with calendars.

Geeta Pande's practice is built for the working adult: the stress that arrives by email, the anger that keeps its own schedule, the career questions that surface at 11 p.m. on a Sunday. Ten-plus years of counselling across exactly these fronts.

Sessions are practical and unsentimental — you will leave with something to actually do — but never clinical-cold. The premise is simple: you are not malfunctioning. You are weathering something, and weather can be read.

The three fronts she tracks

  • Stress. Load inventories, recovery that actually recovers, boundaries with words supplied.
  • Anger. Not "anger management" as suppression — the pressure valve, the early-warning signs, the honourable exit.
  • Career. Crossroads work: the fork in the road gets mapped properly, not agonised over endlessly.

Signature tool

File today's
internal weather report.

One reading, honestly taken. The report generates a plain-language summary you can carry into a first consult. Nothing is saved or sent from this page.

Forecasts

What the work
actually looks like.

Counselling here follows the meteorologist's discipline: observe without judging the sky, model honestly, issue practical guidance.

  1. First reading. An hour of history-taking — the seasons of the last few years, not just this week's front.
  2. The map. What sustains the pattern: load, beliefs, sleep, bosses, habits. Weather systems have sources; so do we.
  3. Advisories. Skills sized to real working weeks — micro-recoveries, pressure valves, scripts for hard rooms.
  4. Re-reading. Regular reviews; the forecast updates as you do.

Career work adds proper instruments where useful — structured interest and strengths mapping — so decisions stop being vibes and become readings. sample structure

Questions

Phoned in.

Is "anger counselling" about learning to not feel angry?

No — anger is data, often excellent data. The work is lowering the boiling point, reading the early gauges, and finding exits that don't cost you relationships or jobs.

I don't have time for therapy.

The practice is built for people who say exactly that. Sessions are contained, and the between-session work is designed for commutes and lunch breaks, not retreats. sample answer

Career counselling — I'm 40. Too late?

Crossroads work is age-agnostic; the 40-year-old version is usually faster because you bring data. The fork gets mapped properly either way.
